“Terms of Service”

RidgeStables LLC, will endeavor to create as safe and secure an environment as possible for the  animal(s) in it’s care.   However, It must be recognized that RidgeStables LLC is not responsible for any unintentional errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions.  Pet owners utilizing the services RidgeStables provides must understand that the service provided is not a guarantee of satisfaction. Further, all pet owners remain responsible for the actions of their animal(s), at all times, and hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless RidgeStables LLC of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by the actions of any animal(s)  while under Ridgestables LLC care, instruction or control.  Pet owners must understand the inherent risks of boarding or utilizing day care services for their animal(s) , including but not limited to the risk of animal bites to the animals in care, to other animals or people while visiting the facility or while the animal(s) is in custody of RidgeStables LLC. 

1. I confirm that I own the pet(s) or I was given authority by the owner for taking ownership of the pet.
2. I assure RidgeStables LLC, that this pet is currently in good health condition.
3. I confirm that my pet has complete and updated vaccinations, and will provide record on request.
4. I acknowledge that the pet should have a safety collar.
5. I confirm that my pet doesn’t have any flea infestation or any communicable disease.
6. If ever that I wasn’t able to pick up my pet on time, I agree to call or contact  RidgeStables LLC and get authorization to extend my pet’s stay at an additional agreed upon expense.
7. If my pet needs medical attention, I authorize RidgeStables LLC to have it looked at by an available veterinarian, at my expense. Emergency Care: In the event that I the owner or my designated emergency contact cannot be reached, RidgeStables LLC has my permission to react to a situation as it deems appropriate, and or necessary for the health and safety of any animal(s) in it’s care. I as the owner of an animal needing medical attention, agree I am responsible for all costs associated with said care including; but not limited to, vet bills, pet food, or human medical attention.
8. I agree to bring enough of my pet’s favorite food and treats, and other accessories such as medications, to cover the duration of my pet’s stay with RidgeStables LLC; or pay for those services to be provided when available.
9. I, herby release and forever discharge RidgeStables LLC, their agents, employees, heirs and assign, administrators, executors, and landowners on whose land any incident might occur, from any and every claim, demand, action or right of action, of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, arising from or by reason of any bodily injury or personal injuries now or unknown, either to myself or anything owning by myself, death or property damage resulting or to result from any accident or incident that may occur as a result of the attendance or participation of the undersigned as set forth herein able in any activity or activities in connection with the animal boarding or daycare services of dogs, cats, and other animals whether due to negligence or not. 

I confirmed that all information I provide about my pet is true and accurate, and that I have carefully read and understand and agree with the Terms of Service and agree the release contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto and the term of the release are contractual and having received a copy of this release prior to signing it; sign the release of my own free act.
